Your 100% satisfaction with our products is most important. For this reason, we can offer returns or exchanges on products received within the last 30 days. At your request, we can either:
- Replace or exchange the product, or
- Credit the purchase price to your original method of payment
- Please note: We can only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

- If possible, re-use your original shipping box and packing materials to carefully secure the merchandise.

- For your protection we recommend you ship via UPS, insured Parcel Post or some other traceable method. Be sure to keep your receipt.
- When items are returned for refund, your card will be credited. Your credit card company may take up to 30 days to process. Your transactions should be complete within 1 billing cycle.

Our standard shipping option is Fedex Ground, UPS or Post Office.
EXPRESS SHIPPING
Orders shipped Next Business Day for a flat fee of $25.00 (within the U.S. only) on any order shipped to the Continental US via Fedex. (Excludes PO Box addresses).
BUSINESS DAYS
Business Days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays in the United States.
